Summary: Old hotel in dire need of refurbishment like many hotels in Paris. You definitely get what you pay for which isn’t much. It was decent for the price paid, the room was clean though noisy if you stayed right next to the stairs. There is an elevator, which is great for older Parisian buildings, but had in the inconvenience of being in between floors so you still had to go up a flight of stairs to reach each floor. Wifi worked great.
